Best known as the superstar director and multi-hyphenate musician behind his debut album, 'What If the Blind Woman Saved Him', Zahir's creative journey began with resourcefulness and raw determination. Starting with nothing but his own creativity, he began crafting music videos using whatever materials and equipment were available to him, believing that exceptional work would eventually open doors to major companies and campaigns. This grassroots approach paid off, leading to collaborations with notable brands and acclaimed projects while studying at university. Now, Zahir is leveraging his foundation of successful campaigns and critically acclaimed music videos to transition into full-scale directing and creative leadership roles at major companies. As the director behind personal passion project-turned-internationally recognized collective, Project Innovate Studios, he combines his love for visual artistry with his talent in music, recruiting multiple graphic and cinematic creators across the United States to help create stunning depictions of his direction.
Having a master level background in chess and world languages, Zahir believes in the unlimited benefits of diverse learning—a philosophy that emerged from his early days of creating with limited resources and finding inspiration everywhere. His debut short film "Unusual" uses inspiration from all areas of his multifaceted background to help tell his story, reflecting the same innovative spirit that drove him to create compelling content from humble beginnings.
Zahir has been featured in many national and international publications and has won awards for art direction, a testament to how his self-started journey from creating music videos has evolved into industry recognition. His aforementioned fourteen member design collective, Project Innovate Studios, has been featured in many articles as a "groundbreaking development"—representing the culmination of his vision to build something significant from nothing, now seeking to bring that same innovative energy to established creative institutions.

"Innovation is what I'm about; taking these currently unknown elements, whether that be through underground music, fashion, or art, and combining them to create new forms of expression. I put that under the title of "Creative Directing," but it happens to have influence in music, fashion, film, graphic design, and really just all of those working together."
