Project Innovate Studios International Fashion Experience (2022)

In 2021, I founded a 14-member multidisciplinary artistic collective (Project Innovate Studios) built on the belief that diverse creative input produces culturally impactful experimental exhibitions. As creative director and producer, I conceptualized and launched our debut event—the 2022 PISFW International Fashion Experience—located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I recruited talent nationally and internationally, designing a multi-faceted showcase featuring local and regional fashion designers, musicians from Washington D.C., film from Louisiana's Social Boot Project, and models from around the world. With the help of my collective, I secured funding, developed the marketing strategy, procured the venue, and produced the sold-out event to critical acclaim. As part of the marketing strategy, I also created a fashion magazine showcasing each collective member's style and impact, and wrote all accompanying copy for the release.
